Tell me about his highness,

The man l knew from my being a toddler

The man who,

Came in

Just before father’s last fist

Of wrath and tremmor had crashed mother’s vigour

and cut her short from life’s valour

The man who came through,

Just in time,

Before the milk was spilt

Before blood grew thick

And blue,

From nature’s  depreciations

Tell  me about this man,

How he saw me through my ages of fragility,

Hunger, exhaustion and frustrations,

How he walked me through the school of life,

Showed me the lights

Showed me the best paths

The partitioned planes

The curved  rails

Tell me how l lost him,

In my excitement, in my impatience,

In my thirst

And quest to quench it,

Because  l thought,

I knew better,

Tell me about this man,

And how nolstagia has been trickling in

This deep longing,

For the supernatural

In isolation

The perfect  embrace  l broke from

The chain l trailed away from

Tell me about the man,

Who wants the best out of me,

And how l lost him,

Looking  for the best other than him

Tell me how

He’s been waiting  for my return,

And right  when l left  to quench my cravings,

He had it right

The answer l was looking  for

Desires and wants that drys out wisdom

But with Essy essence be sure to stay calm
